Lomi Lomi Salmon

Lomi Lomi Salmon — $6.00

Pronounced low me low me, this Hawaiian specialty contains salt-cured salmon, white sweet onion, green onion, and diced tomato in a lightly seasoned sauce. This is a beautiful and unique salad-like dish enjoyed at every luau.

Chicken Katsu

Chicken Katsu — $4.75

Chicken Katsu is skinless, boneless, all white meat chicken. Seasoned to perfection and coated with panko (Japanese bread crumbs) then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with our katsu dipping sauce.

This USDA choice rib eye steak is delicatly seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. It's then grilled to perfection and served with our thick and savory teriyaki glaze, making this a steak lovers dream!

Chinese Oxtail Soup — $12.00

Perfectly cooked, fall off the bone, tender oxtail, in a nicely balanced beefy broth enhanced with peanuts, Chinese parsley and green onion.  Not too mild or too deep, with a noticeable, yet mild, presence of star anise. Served with a grated ginger-infused soy sauce for dipping. This dish has the WOW factor! Awesome taste!

Filippino Pork Adobo — $8.00

Adobo is a very popular cooking process in the Philippines. It is quite amazing with a depth of flavor that is very delicious and unique. Our pork adobo is prepared following this process by slowly cooking the pork in a blend of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bayleaf, and black peppercorns. A treat for the taste buds.

Kaleo's "We Ain't Got No Poi" Baked Beans — $2.50

This bean dish is so ono (delicious) it needed its own name. Baked beans are a wonderful accompaniment to the luau; they go great with all the dishes. We serve our beans with a blend of seasoning, bacon, red onions, and golden brown sugar, making this bean dish the best you ever tasted.

Lomi Lomi Salmon

*Spam Musubi — $2.00

Pronounced moo su be – Spam is a very popular food in Hawaii. This Spam dish is made in the Japanese style of musubi. A Spam Musubi is composed of a block of seasoned sticky rice with a slice of Spam on top and wrapped in nori (dried seaweed). SURPRISINGLY ONO (delicious) !!!!
